All Aboard!

Today Finn and I went to Grapevine to spend "A Day Out with Thomas." Thomas the Train that is. They added a Thomas engine to their normal train for kids to ride in, and they also had all sort of activities for the kids to do. Finn got to ride the Thomas train, play with model train sets, and yes, meet Sir Topham Hatt. For those of you who do not know, Sir Topham Hatt is the railroad owner. Consider yourself lucky if you do not know who he is. I, on the other hand, have memorized the names of almost every engine in the Thomas series (and there is a lot). Finn likes to quiz me on their names, and gets very upset if I mess up. Talk about pressure!

Anyway, Finn was in heaven today. He has been obsessed with Thomas for a long time, so it was like a dream come true for him to "meet" these characters and ride on Thomas.


Finn was anxious for Thomas to get moving.

People Let Me Tell Ya 'Bout My Best Friend

My friends Andrea and Melissa came down this past week to visit me in Fort Worth. Finn was so excited because his best friend since birth, Aidan, came with them. Melissa is an AMAZING photographer and took some awesome picture of the best buds on the Denton Square. I don't know how they turned out so well- those two are all over the place when they are together. It was great to have visitors!
